Define Mandatory Fields for Quality Notifications
This process allows users to define mandatory fields for quality notifications.
Step 1: Navigate to the Field Selection: Modifiable Fields Screen
To do this, complete the following steps:
- Run transaction code QCC0.
- Navigate to Quality Management﹥Quality Notifications﹥Notification Creation﹥Notification Type.
- Choose Define Screen Templates.
- Double-click Field Selection: General Screens.
Step 2: Select Required Fields
- On the Field Selection: Modifiable Fields screen, for the Description (RIWO00-HEADKTXT) and Priority (VIQMEL-PRIOK) fields, select the Req. column.
Note
These fields are used as examples only. In your system, select the fields that apply to your business needs.
Step 3: Select More Required Fields
- Return to the Select Activity dialog box and double-click Field Selection: Reference Objects Screens.
- On the Field Selection: Modifiable Fields screen, for the Material (VIQMEL-MATNR) and Plant for Material (RQM00-MAWERK) fields, select the Req. column.
