Emergency Access Request
Imagine that the accounting department made a mistake entering documents and an accountant received a task to enter a document for a closed period. The accountant has elevated privileges to open the closed period, correct the mistake, and close it again. To get elevated privileges, the accountant (the firefighter) requests a corresponding firefighter ID.
As a firefighter, or other user, in the Access Request app, you request emergency access for the firefighter through an access request of type Superuser Access.

In most access request tabs, you enter request details, a description, and information in the same way that you do for a usual access request (refer to Unit Access Request Management). In the User Access tab, you add the necessary firefighter IDs with validity dates and submit the request for approval to a firefighter ID owner.
Approval of an Emergency Access

The Firefighter ID owner approves the access request in the Work Inbox app. After the assignment is approved, you, as the firefighter, can use the firefighter ID and perform a firefight session to resolve critical issues.
