Continuous Performance Management

Continuous Performance Management (CPM) helps improve employee engagement and overall workforce performance by providing more continuous dialogue between managers and employees. With this continuous approach, managers have increased visibility into employee activities and achievements, enabling them to provide guidance when it’s relevant. Employees request feedback or receive feedback from anyone in their target population.

Let's learn more about the features of Continuous Performance Management.

Activities

Activities represent the actions being taken toward achieving goals.

Learn how to display activities in the activities view, update the status of an activity, link performance and development goals, and create new performance goals for your goal plan in this video.

Achievements

When the employee completes an activity, they have the ability to mark it as an achievement.

Learn how achievements can be linked to a performance or development goal, make edits to achievements, create standalone achievement, and display achievements on a user’s goal plan in this video.

Meeting View

The Meeting View supports the employee and the manager to have a meaningful one-on-one meeting.

Learn how to list employee activities, add discussion topics and private meeting notes, and view meeting history in this video.

Continuous Feedback

Continuous feedback helps you share your feedback directly with any employee through a channel that is integral to the solution.
