Email Analytics Overview

Email Analysis Page

  1. The Campaign Reporting tab gives you an overview of all the launched campaigns. You can easily filter and search for specific campaigns. The plus sign means the email has child campaigns, like weekly running newsletter campaigns or AB versions. Click on the "show" icon to see more details.
  2. The Campaign Launch Monitoring tab lets you check the launch progress for large campaigns. As the data on the page refreshes automatically, you get an up-to-date estimation.

On the Trends page, you can view different response metrics for multiple email campaigns over time, giving you an insight into longer-term changes in your contacts’ behavior. You can also select campaigns by their launch date and category, search for individual campaigns and compare them side by side.
