As you have seen in this course, Territory and Quota uses data on payees, historical transactions, accounts, and other data that originates from other systems. Some common examples of data integration needs include:
- Importing Payee data from Human Resources systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Importing Transaction history, opportunity pipeline and account data from CRM systems such as SAP Sales Cloud
- Importing Products and pricing from ERP systems such as S/4HANA
- Extracting Quotas from Territory and Quota for use in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management
Depending on your business needs, several data integration options are available to transfer data between source systems and your Territory and Quota system. In this unit, we will explore three options: the Excel Loader, Express Data Loader (XDL), and standard integration with SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management.
