Let's start with how to effectively utilize surveys and automations within LeanRx to establish quality seals on fact sheets. Setting the quality state via survey. Running a survey to increase and ensure quality and completion, as well as to re-evaluate the the correctness of the data is a common practice amongst our customers. The fact that you need to do both, fill in and submit the survey and return to the fact sheet itself to re-approve the quality seal leads to at least one of it being forgotten. Using the no code automations in LenaX by reacting to the change of a potentially hidden single select that confirms the completeness and rightfulness of data by the survey recipient, that quality state can be set to approved if all mandatory attributes are filled. One automation per FACTE type is sufficient to set up automated updates of the quality state to approved via survey.
