SAP Signavio Process Insights is a solution within the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. As administrators, you should get a brief overview of the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite in general and SAP Signavio Process Insights in particular.

The SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite can help organizations adapt and transform their business processes. The suite consists of powerful tools for process mining, analysis, design, simulation, automation, and collaboration:

SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub 

enables you to easily manage and share process models and additional information with all employees in your organization.

SAP Signavio Process Manager

is a cloud-based platform for modeling and analyzing business processes. The tool provides you with an ideal environment for working collaboratively on your processes.

SAP Signavio Journey Modeler 

enables you to operationalize Customer Experiences. Connect journeys and processes, metrics, systems and roles to understand, improve and transform your journeys and processes.

SAP Signavio Process Governance

is a cloud-based human-workflow solution that gives distributed teams of business users the ability to create process governance workflows for business process governance and enable organizations to increase internal and external compliance. With SAP Signavio Process Governance, business users can govern the lifecycle of processes, risks, and controls.

SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

is a collaborative process mining solution that helps you unleash the power in your process and experience data to transform your business. From data acquisition and management to detailed process insights, the solution helps you achieve improvements across departments, system landscapes, and connections while delighting your customers at scale.

SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager

enables you to compare best-in-class organization performance with your own organization, given a predefined list of metrics. In addition, you can capture insights and collaborate on initiatives.

SAP Signavio Process Explorer

 is a gateway to access and explore value accelerators and resources that speed up time to value.

SAP Signavio Process Insights

Following the introduction of the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, let's take a closer look at the SAP Signavio Process Insights component.

As administrators, you provide the environment - the SAP Signavio Process Insights tenant - for the end users. In this section, we would like to briefly introduce you to the application itself so that you have a good understanding of the solution you are building with your activities.

SAP Signavio Process Insights is a cloud solution running on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) that delivers data-driven insights into business processes and their usage based on data from one or more source systems. It helps organizations to achieve business process excellence by helping to identify where processes can be improved, allowing users to drill down to understand root causes, and providing recommendations on how to improve. It allows users to navigate through their business process transformation journey from insight to action to maximize process excellence.
