Explore Intelligent Application in SAP Business Cloud cockpit

Let us take a deeper look at the different key elements of the already installed Intelligent Application. This Intelligent Application is powered by the data from S/4 HANA PCE data products, SAP Datasphere models and SAP Analytics Cloud stories.

Note

To have an Intelligent Application listed in the overview in the SAP Business Data Cloud cockpit, your SAP global account must have a commercial entitlement to the line of business (LoB) application along with the add-on entitlement to the Intelligent Application.

  1. Select Intelligent Applications and Data Packages from the left navigation area.

In the installed tab, you can view all the installed Intelligent Applications and data packages.

  1. Select the Installed tab, then the Working Capital Insights Intelligent Application.

  1. Select the Documentation tab.

    The Documentation tab contains screenshots with sample data of the different pages included in the Intelligent Application.

  2. [Optional] Select an image to zoom in.

  3. Select the Details tab.

    The Details tab contains a list of Data Products. The Intelligent Application is powered by data from 35 data products, which are highly curated datasets with a rich semantic purpose.

  1. Page down to Content.

    This section contains information on the dedicated file repository in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP-managed spaces in SAP Datasphere.

  • SAP Analytics Cloud: The stories that are comprised in this Intelligent Application will be created in a folder called SAP_SAC_WCI. You can find this under the Files -> Insight Apps -> SAP S/4HANA -> Finance tab. This folder is SAP-managed and will be read-only.

  • SAP Datasphere: The installation creates and deploys three spaces in the underlying SAP Datasphere. The spaces are SAP-managed, and cannot be edited.

    • SAP_WCI - This space contains all the analytic models that form the foundation of the SAP Analytics Cloud stories.
    • SAP_S4H - This space contains all the modeling artifacts required to build the analytic models, such as views, data access controls etc.
    • SAP_S4H_ING - This space contains all the local tables and their corresponding replication flows. The data from the data products reside in these local tables.

Note

Your space structure might be different depending on the WCI Intelligent Application version. The SAP Datasphere space SAP_S4H_ING is a part of an older version of the Intelligent Application. The newest version reuses the Ingestion space that corresponds to the LOB application.
