Screen-shot of SAP for Me - Section System & Provisioning.

Step 1 - On the contract start date, provision the system via SAP for Me.

Step 2 - Activate your Account Owner role following the instructions provided in the activation e-mail (link valid for 30 days). For more info, consult Activate your Account Owner role.

Step 3 - Follow this guide to activate your SAP Engagement Cloud add-on.

Step 4 - After completing the previous steps, check the following guide for more information: Getting started with SAP Engagement Cloud.

By default, you are entitled to one production tenant unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Tenant

Upon the contract start date,  the IT contact designated in the contract can check and provision the tenants in SAP for Me, under the System and Provisioning section. The IT contact receives an e-mail with information on the initial username and link to the system.

Contact IT No Longer Valid

Before the contract start date, you need to consult the Onboarding Token in order to change the assigned IT contact. If you need to make this change after the contract start date, you should create a case on the SAP for Me platform.

Please note that a token becomes active and can be used as soon as the customer receives the sales order. It can be used only once and must be utilized within two months on its creation.

Conclusion

Following the steps indicated in this lesson will speed up the provisioning process. Make sure to use the SAP for ME platform to provision your solution’s environment.
