Requesting Continuous Quality Checks (CQCs)

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to describe the purpose and offerings of Continuous Quality Checks (CQCs).

Continuous Quality Checks (CQCs) for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

SAP Enterprise Support is the foundational success experience, provided by SAP and is included in your SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 subscription. SAP Enterprise Support provides you with access to self-paced expert guidance, training, best practices, and finally "Continuous Quality Checks" (CQCs) services.

The objectives of the CQCs are primarily to minimize potential risks during critical go-lives and the operations phase of your SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 solution, as well as to increase its technical stability, performance, throughput, and maintainability.

With CQCs from SAP, our experts analyze, remotely, your SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 solution based on real-life data. This means that the CQCs are available for environments that are either in production or close to production start-up.

CQCs have a predefined scope with predefined checks that align with SAP Best Practices.

Please note that this service focuses on the analysis of SAP components. Processing steps that may be conducted on third-party sender/receiver systems or third-party middleware hubs cannot be analyzed.

How to Request CQCs:

Please note that, as a customer, you are responsible for requesting the CQCs. We recommend scheduling the CQCs well in advance—at least six weeks before the go-live date, preferably eight weeks.

Requests can be submitted via the Get Support App (SAP for Me/Services & Support/Get Support). SAP Note 1296527 guides you on how to submit your request; please select the product "Continuous Quality Check & Improvement Services".

If your planned service delivery date changes, please notify SAP accordingly.

If you need assistance in submitting your case, you may contact SAP’s Customer Interaction Center(CIC).

For more information on CQCs for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 or other SAP Cloud solutions, please visit the main landing page Continuous Quality Check & Improvement Services.

How to Prepare for CQCs:

SAP will contact you to define the interfaces or programs that should be included in the scope of the service.

You will need to provide logon credentials for all systems in which the analyzed interfaces or programs are executed. Since these elements must be run during the service delivery, appropriate example data should also be made available.

For interfaces handled through SAP Cloud Integration, access to the Cloud Integration tenant is required.

For SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2, a specific deployment readiness offering is also available here.

After the analysis, you will receive a service report that includes an executive summary, detailed findings, and a comprehensive action plan. The report identifies risks or areas for improvement and provides corresponding recommendations based on the findings.

Conclusion

The CQCs for deployment readiness for SAP CX delivers an analysis of your current SAP CX tenant and provides recommendations in line with SAP Best Practices.
