Step 2: Pre-configuration Steps
---
- Submit Service Now support ticket in SAP4Me to Provision Identity Services for Concur
- If the customer has implemented IAS with SSO for another SAP solution, then the following information is needed:
- Component: BNS-CON-SSO
- Case Type: Single Sign On
- Queue: Interface - Single Sign On
- Inventory Group: Expense Solutions
- Subject: "Set up SAP Cloud Identity Services for Concur"
- Case description: "We are implementing Joule for Concur and need to set up SAP Cloud Identity Services for Concur. We have set up IAS for <list of SAP solutions>. Our SAP customer number as listed in SAP4Me is: <your sap customer number>. Please route this request Expense Solutions."
- If the customer has not implemented IAS with SSO for another SAP solution, then the following information is needed:

- Queue: Interface - Single Sign On
- Inventory Group: Expense Solutions
- Subject: "Set up SAP Cloud Identity Services for Concur"
- Case Description: "We are implementing Joule for Concur and need to set up SAP Cloud Identity Services for Concur. We have NOT set up IAS for other SAP Solutions. Our SAP customer number as listed in SAP4Me is: <your sap customer number>. Please route this request to Expense Solutions."
Note This support ticket is necessary for SAP Concur to match the SAP customer number with our internal records and to decide whether automation of the identity provisioning can be used. Customers can find the SAP customer number using these steps. - EAC only - allowlist
- Verify BTP global account ID and data center location (for most customers either EU10 or US10)
- Provide BTP global account ID and Joule data center to product manager to get customer on the Joule EAC allowlist
|
Step 3: Joule Base Entitlement Configuration Steps
---
- Request provisioning of Identity Services in Concur admin - currently this automation step is only available when IAS with SSO has not been set up for other SAP solutions. If IAS with SSO is already implemented then customers must follow these instructions: SAP Cloud Identity Services
- Configure BTP, IAS and IPS
- Create or Import users in IAS. Once the implementation of Identity Authentication Service as SSO for Concur is done, please proceed to create/import users into Identity Authentication Service following: SAP Cloud Identity Services. This will create/import users with a unique identifier across SAP that is Global UUID.
- IPS provisioning. Once the implementation of Identity Provisioning where Concur is set up as Target system and Identity Authentication as Source System is done, please proceed to run the IPS provisioning job following Target System: SAP Concur - Next Steps. This will provision users from Identity Authentication into Concur with Global UUID.
- Verify Joule is enabled in SAP Concur
- Run Joule Booster
