Create a Multi Action
Objective
In this exercise, you will create a multi action with two steps.

Create a Multi Action and add two steps to it

In the main navigation panel, on the left, click on the Multi Actions icon

Under Create New click on the Multi Action tile.

The New Multi Action screen will be displayed. In the main canvas section, click on the + icon to add the first step to your Multi Action. From the menu that opens, select the Predictive Step option.

Click on the Predictive Scenario drop-down and then click Select other predictive scenario…

Select the Predictive Liquidity Planning scenario.

You will see that the Step Name is now automatically set to the same naming convention used for the scenario. In the Predictive Model drop-down, select Model 1. You will see that the Corresponding Planning Model will automatically change to NEW_SAP__FI_CLM_IM_LIQUIDITY_PLANNING.

Click on the selection icon for Save Forecast To Version. Then select public.Predictive Forecast and click OK.

Click on the Add Version Management Step icon in the main toolbar to add another Multi Action step.

In the Step Details panel on the right, under Version to Publish click on the Model drop-down and then Select other model…

Select the model NEW_SAP__FI_CLM_IM_LIQUIDITY_PLANNING.

Click on the selection icon for Version. Then select public.Predictive Forecast and click OK.

Enter the Step Name as Publish Predictive Forecast.

Click on the Save icon then click Save.

Name your Multi Action Predictive Liquidity Forecast <Your User ID> and then click OK.
