Influencer Data table
Objective
Now that we have created our table with Liquidity Items, we also want to get insights into our influencer data. To do this, we will add another table below the first table.
Guided Tour
You can access the guided tour for Reporting by clicking here. For this lesson, focus on steps 38 through 65.

2. Create the second table
-
Drag and drop the Table widget onto the page underneath the first table.

-
Under the Rows section, click on Add Dimensions and then select Transaction Currency and Company Code (Liquidity Item should already be pre-selected, but if not, please select this dimension too).

-
The Liquidity Item needs to be filtered on Influencers. Click on Liquidity Item under Filters section.

-
Select the Influencers filter.

-
Then de-select Liquidity Item Hierarchy and click OK.

-
Under the Columns section, click on Add Dimensions and then select Time.

-
Click on the corner of the second table and drag across to match the width of the first table above it. It should appear like it does in the screenshot below.

-
Now let’s set the Time Hierarchy. Hover over the Time dimension bar to select the options menu, and click on Hierarchy.

-
In the Hierarchy drop-down, select Year, Month and then click Set.

-
Now let’s set the Time Filter. Hover over the Time dimension bar again to select the filter icon, and then click on Filter by Member.

-
Select 2021 and 2022 and then click OK.

-
In the Rows section, to rearrange the order in which we see them in the table, drag the Transaction Currency dimension above the Liquidity Item dimension.

-
To directly see the exact Liquidity Item node, we can change the hierarchy on Liquidity Item in the table. Right-click on the Liquidity Item column then choose Select Hierarchy

-
Select the Show only leaves in widget radio button toggle and then click Set.
This way, we can directly see the liquidity item, without having to drill down the hierarchy.
-
Click on the year 2021 in the table to expand the data shown. You now have your finished result.

-
Finally, let’s Save the story again.

Summary
We have now created two tables in the story based on the imported data! We can now continue to the next lesson to create a Smart Predict Scenario.
