The backend Badi implementation IF_FMCA_MC_SETTING_BADI ~FOLLOW_UP_PROCESS_FORM_SUBMIT enable customers to set up Multichannel Foundation to trigger a follow-up process (for example, Billing and Invoicing) after a form is submitted if the process requires it but the UI delivered with SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities and Public Sector that serve as template and is used for form submission does not support this follow-up process.
