Working with Task Lists

With this app, you can find, display and edit Equipment task lists, Functional location task lists and General maintenance task lists.

The main features can be summarized as follows:

• Search for maintenance task lists using the free text search or filter criteria.

• Display and edit a maintenance task list.

• Show the details of the related operations.

With this app, you can find and display Equipment task lists, Functional location task lists, General maintenance task lists and their operations.

The main features of this App are very similar to Find Maintenance Task List, but focus on operation-specific criteria regarding selection and display.

You can use an existing task list as a template (reference) when creating a new task list. The system copies the general data and the operation data of the task list as default values to the new task list. You can specify whether you want to also copy relationships, permits, linked documents, and task list descriptions to the new task list.

If you create a maintenance task list by copying an existing one, assigned service packages as well as limits are copied to the new maintenance task list.
