You can choose to track the performance of any Resources by setting a Goal, which lets track whether or not a user completed a specific action in the platform after clicking on the Resources.
This is completely optional, but it can be helpful when you want to understand measure impact. If you prefer to keep things simple, you can use Resources without setting goals and they will still function normally.
When would I use Goals with Resources?
Let's say you create a Resource article on how to use a new process or feature on your site, set a Main Goal to track if how many users successfully interacted with it or follow through with the new process.
