Creating a Quick Request

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to create a Quick Request in Concur Professional Request.

What Is a Quick Request?

The Quick Request feature gives users the ability to create a request with just a total for the whole request. No expense or segment details can be added.

This feature is great in situations where the customer wants to simplify the request process and save their users time.

Creating a Quick Request

This demonstration starts with the user having already chosen to create a request.

Steps

  1. Complete the request header.

    1. Be sure to select a Request Policy that has the Quick Request feature activated.
    2. Enter the Estimated Amount for the request.
    3. Select the Create Request button.

    Note

    Depending on your configuration, you may not be able to select a Request Policy.

The request is created. Because this is a quick request, the user has no options to add specific expenses.
