Budget Item Import allows you to add and update the Expense, Invoice, and Request budget items by importing an Excel spreadsheet (on demand), saving time and reducing manual effort.

Follow these steps to import additional budgets. We'll walk you through each part of the process, complete with detailed instructions and screenshots to help you along the way.
Once you complete these steps, a demo video will be available to reinforce what you've learned and provide a quick recap.
Steps
On the Budget Items tab, select the More dropdown menu. Choose Import.

Select Download Import Template. Alternatively, use Send to Excel for an existing budget.

Populate and save the budget import template file.

Choose Upload Budget Import File to browse for and select the completed file.

Review the results under the Upload History section.
