Use the Budget Settings tab to turn budget settings on or off that apply to all users.
Reviewing and updating these settings is a required step in building the configuration.

| 1 | Set alert and control limit percent | Alert Limit Percent: Set to trigger a yellow indicator at a specified consumption percentage (default 80%). Control Limit Percent: Set to show a red indicator when consumption exceeds the set percentage (100% by default). |
| 2 | Set notifications | Enable email alerts for both alert and control limit thresholds. Restrict notifications for past Budgets for past budgets, limiting alerts to current and future periods. |
| 3 | Set budget capture | Activate budget capture for Concur Expense, Concur Request, Purchase Request, and Concur Invoice. |
| 4 | Set budget manager | Enable manager filtering in Budget Items. |
| 5 | Set budget adjustments | Allow budget owners to add adjustments for increased flexibility and control. |
