Let's explore how to customize cards and print settings for the fact sheet in the SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub. You want to enhance process understanding and share key insights beyond SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. As an administrator, you can manage the fact sheet streamlining collaboration and decision making with key process information. The fact sheet tab is accessible when you open a BPMN dial. in the SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub. Each card within this tab can be customized in the settings. To do this, navigate to the page properties and select the fact sheet tab. By default, customizable cards are disabled. Enable them by checking the show-on page box to display the card in the fact sheet. Open the settings and begin by naming the card. Select the language for the title and add as many translations as needed. You can also organize the content on the card into sections. For each section, choose the desired language, then enter a name for the section. Below, define the attribute you want to display in that section. You have the option to add multiple custom attributes, provided they are set as visible and related to the diagram. Save the settings for the chosen audience. To apply the same settings to different audiences, use the duplicate settings option. Exit the settings to return to the diagram page. Here you'll see the newly added card in the fact sheet. If translations have been added, they will be visible based on the workspace language selected by the user. If a translation is not available, the default language of the workspace is used. Note that some data might not be maintained in the diagram, resulting in empty fields. Additionally, it is possible to print the fact sheet separately or along with the process model diagram. To do this, click on the print icon to access additional settings. Under general, select fact sheet to print only the diagram's fact sheet, or choose both fact sheet and diagram to print them together. Confirm with save. Click on the print icon again and the document will be saved to your device. Now you can go ahead and define your own customizable cards and print settings for the fact sheet. To access the settings, go to the settings page and navigate to the fact sheet tab in page properties. Enable customizable cards by checking the show-on page option. Name the card, select the title language, organize content intersections and define the the attributes for each section with necessary translations, define the fact sheet printing settings by clicking the icon and choose whether to print it alone or alongside the diagram.
