1. Confirm SAP Learning Hub license assignment
- Verify Your SAP Learning Hub License
- Confirm that a SAP Learning Hub license has been assigned to you.
- You should have received an email notification of the licenses assignment from SAP ID Service (IDS) IDService@notifications.sap.com
If you haven't received your licenses contact Accenture SAP Learning Support
- License reassignment (if needed)
If you need to transfer a license to a specific S-user ID, please contact your company administrator. The company admin has the authority to reassign the license.
2. Set up your SAP Universal ID
Before starting your certification, make sure your SAP Universal ID is properly set up:
- Ensure at least two email accounts with different domains are linked.
- Follow the step-by-step guide to link your accounts.
- Alternatively, you can watch the video tutorial.

Completing these steps in advance will ensure a smooth certification experience.
3. Access and subscription verifications
Log in to SAP Learning
- Go to learning.sap.com and log in using your designated S-user or P-user ID.
Your S/P-user ID can be found in the registration email from SAP ID Service (IDS) (IDService@notifications.sap.com).
- Go to learning.sap.com and log in using your designated S-user or P-user ID.
- Confirm your subscriptionAfter logging in:
- Navigate to My Learning → Subscription
- Verify that your SAP Learning Hub license is active
- Check your remaining certification exam attempts
- Important Notes
- Ensure you are using the correct S/P-user ID assigned to your license
- if you have multiple SAP accounts, use a private/incognito browser window to avoid login conflicts

4. Schedule an exam
5. Take your exam
Ready to start your exam? You can launch it from two locations:
- Via certification page: From the SAP Certification details page via “Go to Certification Exam”
- Via learning journey: Click the “Open” button.
On this page, you’ll find important details, including:
- Whether it includes system-based assessment or scenario-based assessment
- The time limit for completing the exam
- Your remaining certification attempts and subscription attempts
6. After an exam
Upon passing, you will receive a digital badge valid for 12 months.
You are allowed up to 4 attempts per certification. If you do not pass after 4 attempts, you must wait 12 months before retaking it.
