Identify the Key Implementation Resources
Ace Corp is using Employee Central as their core HR solution. The recent board meeting resulted in change requests. Additionally, they chose to use Employee Central Payroll as their new payroll system and plan to implement it in the next two years. They plan to roll it out in stages. They intend to use the Waldorf location to initiate the payroll system. As part of the consulting team, you are assigned to complete the required configuration for the change request as well as to prepare the system for EC Payroll.
