Activating the Contract for Further Processes

You can see from the contract status whether the contract has already been activated or not. To activate the contract, you can use the "Activate Contract" function.

If the contract is already activated, but the status should still be reset for some reason, then you can deactivate the contract again. It may be that the data in the contract still needs to be changed and adjusted. Only then should the contract be activated and be visible for other processes.

It is only possible to deactivate the contract if there is no booking for the contract yet. Otherwise, the posting must be reversed beforehand.

The contract can be reactivated after the corresponding data adjustment.
