Sales planning enables you to define and monitor sales targets. It promotes seamless monitoring of sales targets, forecasts, and revenues.

Enabling sales planning offers the following features:

Communication for Sales Planning: This allows you to set and measure sales revenue targets for a specific time by territory, salesperson, product, account, and more dimensions. This is relevant for companies who want to set detailed dimensions and measures to assign to their sales employees.

Reporting and Analytics for Sales Planning: This includes data sources and reports for monitoring and measuring sales revenue targets for an employee, manager, and an opportunity.

Sales targets can be analyzed by managers through reports to monitor their representative's progress.

Before working with sales targets, Sales Planning will need to be scoped into the implementation project. This scoping has already been completed in your tenant.
