This demo script contains the step-by-step actions to set employee’s goals, evaluate performance, set development goals and plan career options, create and enroll in mentoring programs and plan succession through the Identify and Grow processes.
Identify and Grow
The system is built from SAP Best Practices content in the form of pre-configured content that’s delivered in a cloud tenant. The Best Practices content covers business processes, pre-defined templates, pre-defined workflows, and user roles. The out-of-box content (SAP Best Practices content/configuration) can be leveraged by customers, to understand the value built into the SAP SuccessFactors core HR and achieve implementation efficiency.
In the following end-to-end demo, we take an employee and business managers through the various stages of HR transactions that are applicable at different stages of goal setting, performance evaluation and career planning with the company. We begin with showcasing how employees & managers creates goals, and how self-evaluation & evaluation by managers is done. After that, we showcase, succession planning and career development planning, including mentoring process, leveraging the Identify & Grow processes and content for SAP Best Practices.
Educate and Develop
The Accelerated Deployment Services for the SAP HCM Suite solution provide SAP Leading Practice content in form of pre-configured content that’s delivered in a cloud tenant. The Leading Practice content covers business processes, pre-defined templates, pre-defined workflows, and user roles. The out-of-box content (SAP Leading Practice content/configuration) can be leveraged by customers, to understand the value built into the SAP SuccessFactors core HR and achieve implementation efficiency.
