In this lesson we will elaborate on the Organization structure that is one of the four key foundation structures within SAP SuccessFactors. Foundation structures are the core pillars on which your system will be built upon. Organization Structure defines where in the company an employee belongs. Starting from the highest level of Legal Entity, or Company, then through the various tiers like, Business Unit, Division, Department and Cost Center, that build your organization.
