This lesson will describe the basic monitoring and operations features and capabilities available in SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration. You will learn how these are used in SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration during the orchestration of CGT processes.
In the System Admin section, two apps are available that will support with monitoring and operations of SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration and the orchestration of treatment orders.
These are:
- View Change Logs
- Monitor Business Events
The first app we will look at is the View Change Logs applications. Here, you can use filters to find all change logs with their respective information in the system.
The second monitoring application is the Monitor Business Events applications. Here, you can use filter to find all business events with their respective information in the system. You can also immediately see what the current status is and if there was an error, the associated error code. Using the "action" button, you can review the associated payload and re-trigger the event if necessary (for example, in the case that the system that was supposed to receive this event was not available during the initial transmission).
