Exploring the SAP Concur Home page  The SAP Concur home page provides quick access to the tools and information that you need to book a trip, manage your expenses, and automate your invoice management. Looking for fast access to information? Use the Quick Task bar at the top of the screen to quickly view and act on tasks. "Work to zero" by selecting each Quick Task to complete tasks until 00 items remain. Select the Profile icon to access your Profile Settings where you can customize your user profile. You can also sign out of SAP Concur and add yourself as a delegate from here. Select the Home menu to access your available applications and administration tools. Review important information in the Company Notes section to stay up to date as you plan trips or submit expenses. Use the My Tasks section to create new expense reports and to view open reports, available expenses, and approvals that require your attention. The Trip Search section provides the tools that you need to book a flight, rent a car, or hotel. Note that this pane will only appear if your company uses Concur Travel. In the My Trips section, you can view your upcoming trips so that you always know where you're going next. Need further guidance or more information about our products? Select the Help menu for access to additional SAP Concur training resources.

Hello and welcome to this video regarding the Concur Home experience. Today, we're excited to introduce the redesigned SAP Concur Homepage. This update brings a modern, user-friendly experience while maintaining the same functionality, ensuring a seamless transition for all users. First, let's discuss the fantastic benefits this redesign offers you. Our new homepage features a refreshed, modern design that simplifies navigation across the platform. This streamlined experience facilitates faster completion of tasks, a real game-changer for day-to-day operations. The improved scalability, performance, and responsiveness mean that no matter the size of your organization, the platform will continue to meet your needs efficiently. Furthermore, the redesign aligns with the overall user experience across all SAP products, providing a consistent look and feel. Here's a sneak peek of what you can expect from the new SAP Concur homepage. Please note that your actual homepage might look slightly different depending on the specific SAP Concur solutions you use. The Create New button is replacing the new button and is more prominent in the design. This change will enable you to create new expense reports or claims, requests, enter reservations and invoices depending on the SAP Concur solutions you use. Concur Home is now responsive to screen resolution and width. The addition of the three dots allows you to see quick access tasks that might not display on the screen. As you adjust your screen resolution or size, either more or less tasks will display. The alert section has been enhanced with color coding to prioritize actions and identify which are the most important. The My Trips section has been replaced by the enhanced Trips card. These new Trips cards offer richer data, including the ticketing status and an image for your destination. The updated activity cards allow you to browse your open items and feature a plus symbol to create new items for that specific task. Additionally, status color coding allows for quick identification during your review. Now, let's talk about availability. Starting in late August 2024, you can activate the new homepage through a banner at the top of the current homepage. But don't worry, if needed, you can revert back to the legacy homepage using the same banner. By late October 2024, the new homepage will become the default, but you still have the option to revert to the previous home page until January 2025. After that, the legacy home page will be retired, and the new design will be your only available option. Thank you for watching this training.
