The first thing to do once you have successfully signed in is to complete your SAP Concur user profile. Initially, you enter data in the following sections: personal, company or organization, and emergency contact, as well as credit card information for charging expenses. This process helps you get up and running.
In the next unit, you will be able to update your profile to take advantage of application-specific features.
Steps
Sign into www.ConcurSolutions.com using Single Sign-On (SSO) or the credentials sent to you through e-mail. (Having trouble signing in? Review Unit 1, Lesson 1 of this learning journey or this SAP Concur Community article: Why can't I sign into the SAP Concur tool?.)
From the SAP Concur home page, select Profile → Profile Settings → Personal Information.
Ensure that all required fields have accurate information and your e-mail has been verified.

You can see the SAP Concur Profile Options screen as shown next.

Note
Some organizations restrict the changes users can make in their profile (these fields are shown as grayed out). Contact your organization's administrator with any questions or issues. It is important to verify your e-mail for everything to work properly.
