Signing in to SAP Concur with Two-Factor Authentication

SAP Concur provides all the tools you need to book travel, and to create and submit expense reports. You’re only a few steps away from effortless spend management with SAP Concur. To kick things off, let’s get you signed in.

  1. Select Play to start the preceding video. TIP: You can turn on closed captions and change the audio speed here in the embedded player control bar.
  2. Open the step-by-step Signing in to SAP Concur with Two-Factor Authentication Tip Sheet.
  3. Follow the Tip Sheet steps to sign in to https://www.ConcurSolutions.com using Single Sign-On (SSO) or the credentials sent to you through e-mail.

    *You can toggle between the Tip Sheet and SAP Concur or view them side-by-side while you sign in.

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Concur Sign in Security Changes: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and New Password Policy UI (Sign In Settings UI)

To enhance the sign in security of all SAP Concur users, two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to sign in to www.concursolutions.com since October 18, 2023. All users who are using basic authentication (SAP Concur username and password) on the web or mobile must set up 2FA.

In addition to 2FA, there are new password policy enhancements. Any company whose password policies don’t meet the minimum standard are automatically updated to the minimum standard. At that time, company administrators have access to the new password policy UI. This is found in the "Sign In Settings" under the Authentication Admin menu. But users do NOT have to take any action. All users’ password policy is checked at the time of sign in and SAP Concur enforces them to reset with the new policies provided in the new 2FA UI.
