After logging into SAP Fieldglass, users will land on the Homepage. This page will help you navigate throughout the SAP Fieldglass application, including creating and managing contingent labor and services projects.
Your view of the SAP Fieldglass home page may look a bit different than what you’re seeing here. It may also look slightly different than your colleague’s home page. The variables you see upon logging in are based on your user role permissions, as well as what data you’re associated to.
1 | Work Items are transactions that require the user’s action in SAP Fieldglass. The My Work Items widget allows fast access to the most recent work items. |
2 | The My Recently Viewed Items widget lists and links to the ten most recently viewed items, such as work orders or job posting records. |
3 | Announcements may be visible to buyer users, supplier users, or to workers. Buyer companies may display a customized announcement on the home page to share any information they need all users to see. |
4 | The My Workers widget will display any workers or open job postings you own and their current status. Workers will display with an icon indicating good, warning, or critical status; job postings will display in open, warning or critical status. The warning or critical statuses will appear if a worker or job posting has had open work items for a certain period, as determined by the PMO Dashboard thresholds. Clicking on sections of the widget will open the My Workers dashboard. You can create a new job posting from this widget by selecting the Request Worker link. |
5 | The My Statements of Work widget will display any SOWs you own and their current status. SOWs will display with an icon indicating good, warning, or critical status as well. Clicking on sections of the widget will open the My SOW dashboard. You can create a new SOW from this widget by selecting the Create SOW link. |
