To install SAP Landscape Management 3.0, Deployment of SAP Landscape Management, follow these steps:

Read the documentation for the installation of SAP Landscape Management.
Download the latest SAP Landscape Management packages from the SAP Software Center:

Read the documentation for Software Update Manager.
Download Software Update Manager (SUM).
Upload SAP Landscape Management packages as well as SUM to the target server.
Start SUM according to the documentation on your target server.
Call the URL for SUM in a browser:
Log on with <sid>adm credentials and you’ll see the SUM Welcome screen:
Run through the SUM process and provide the requested input:
Provide further requested input:
Review system parameters.
Follow the steps mentioned on the SUM screen like backing up directories, your database and so on before you start the deployment of the SAP Landscape Management files.
Once the deployment is complete, SUM will display you some information such as the runtime of the whole process.
Call SAP NetWeaver Administrator of the SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java using http://<host>:<port>/startPage:
Navigate to Configuration → Scenarios → Configuration Wizard.
Start the Initial Setup for SAP Landscape Management task.
Choose the configuration mode you want to use:
Typical: Applies the default values and enables the default functional units for the usage types you installed.
Custom: Allows you to choose the value for each parameter and to define which functional units to enable.
Provide the Administrator password.
Wizard will start the automatic configuration:
Set the sapadm default password. Example: SAP Landscape Management can use it during the discovery of instances.
Decide, if you want to enable the authorization configuration:
Enable SAP Landscape Virtualization Management authorization configuration: Enables you to set permissions within SAP Landscape Management on Pool and UME group basis
Enable restrictive behavior of SAP Landscape Virtualization Management authorization configuration:
If checked, for operation, which should be executed within SAP Landscape Management, there must be a corresponding authorization configuration otherwise the user is not allowed to execute it. -> "Deny all"
If unchecked and there is no authorization configuration within SAP Landscape Management, corresponding operations are allowed to be executed -> "Allow all"
Decide, if the wizard should create default custom links like opening SAP MC from SAP Landscape Management and if it should request a change ID for every operation triggered.
Decide if you want to use duplicated groups.
Decide if the wizard should already create UME users for SAP Landscape Management. Provide the username, password, and UME users for SAP Landscape Management.
Access SAP Landscape Management via http://<host>:<port>/lama:
