Discovering resources

In this lesson, you will discover the resources available to support SAP Customer Experience including the SAP Help Portal, the SAP Community page, Helpful Videos, and SAP CX Resource Center.

The SAP Help Portal for SAP Cloud for Customer provides a comprehensive set of product documentation and integration guides. SAP Cloud for Customer encompasses both SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud. This information can also be found in the tenant. The Help Center is available within the solution and provides access to documentation, how to videos, and links to submit ideas to improve the solution. You can also report and track incidents from the Help Center.

SAP Customer Experience for Sales and Service has a very active community where you can find information, ask questions, and interact with other experts.

You can engage and communicate with the wider SAP cloud community in the following ways:

  • Write blogs on topics of interest relating to the SAP Customer Experience solution portfolio - everything from solution functionality, business benefits, how-to guides, intelligent tips/tricks/shortcuts, to next-generation ways to achieve an end result.
  • Answer questions raised by the other community members by suing your specific knowledge in development, product management, and sales enablement.
