The footprint results display CO2e emissions for all footprint items of a company. Emissions can be analyzed through every step of the production and for every entity used. It combines the master data, the transactional data and the energy flow model information and allows the investigation of the CO2e emissions using a Sankey diagram.
The Sankey Diagram is the core tool to investigate the emission results for a period.
An example is shown in the figure, Management of Footprint Results. The input is to the production of the chocolate cake and the details containing the explanation how the CO2e emissions were calculated.
