5. Preview the SAP Build App
- Select the Preview tab.
- Select Open web preview.
- Select your Create Sales Order project.

Enter the following details in the form:
Field Value Customer Bikes Material MZ-FG-C900 Quantity 12 Delivery Date < select any date > -
Select Get Approval. A toast message appears, confirming that the workflow has been triggered and displaying the process instance ID.

You can monitor the process in the Lobby Monitor.

Navigate to the Monitoring tab and open Process and Workflow Instances.
- Filter on your Sales Orders Management project.
- You can see the new process instance item.
- Select the process instance to view details.
- You can see the process ID is the same as in the toast message in the app.
- You can see the context, which is the values sent with the API (four of them, in yellow, you entered in the input fields and the others were hardcoded).
- You can also see the execution log, which shows that the process stopped at the approval step and is awaiting approval.
- Expanding the approval step provides additional details, including the assigned approver.
