Create a Sales Order App Using SAP Build Apps

You will create an app for entering the sales order data and trigger the process with SAP Build Apps. This app will trigger an existing sales order approval process in SAP Build Process Automation.

Script Overview

In this tutorial, you will use SAP Build Apps to design, customise, and deploy a simple, one-page app on SAP Business Technology Platform.

This app enables users to enter sales order details and submit them to a workflow in SAP Build Process Automation for approval.

Note

Make sure to exactly follow the exercise documentation exactly and use the provided naming conventions. Otherwise, you will encounter issues.

Prerequisites

Your user and password
You have access to the SAP Build Apps Lobby
You have set up a workflow in SAP Build Process Automation

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

Trigger a workflow in SAP Build Process Automation from your app
