6. Configure and Build App

After creating an app in SAP Build Apps and previewing it on the web or your mobile device, you can deploy it directly to SAP BTP as an HTML5 application.

Here, you can configure settings for your build. Generally, you can use the defaults and do not need to do this step at all.

1. Select Publish.

2. Select Build and Deploy.

3. Select Create Configuration.

4. Choose SAP Build Work Zone as the deployment target.

5. Enter build_config_ in the Name of Configuration field and Create the configuration.

6. Locate your new configuration in the list. Select the Options button and then select Build.

7. Enter a value (for example 1.0.0) in the Build Version Number field and then choose Build.

8. Monitor the Build History section. The status will initally be Created and change to Building once the process starts.

9. Wait for the build process to complete. The status will update to Delivered once finished (this may take a few minutes).

10. Select your delivered build to view the Build Details.
