5. Experience the End-To-End User Flow

As a member of the Sales Management workspace, you can collaborate with your sales colleagues, share knowledge, solve problems together, and track progress in a private space.

  1. Open your Sales Management digital workspace.

  2. Use the Forum to consult with your colleagues, ask questions, and browse answers from sales managers or team members.

  3. If you need advice, select Ask a Question and post your question.

  4. Navigate to the Create Sales Order app.

  5. Add your details in the relevant fields. For example:

    Quantity 10
    Expected Delivery Date < select any date >
  6. Select Get Approval to trigger the workflow process. The sales order approval process is now digitized and can be handled quickly.

  7. In a real scenario, you would send the approval request to an approver. For this workshop, the task will be assigned to the user who submitted the order to streamline the process.

  8. Open the Lobby and select the My Inbox app to view your approval task.

  9. From the Approve Sales Order form:

  • Select the Check box
  • Select Approve

A confirmation message appears indicating that the task has been completed successfully.

  1. Select Refresh to view the Order Confirmation form.

  2. Select Submit. The order is now processed, and it is no longer in My Inbox.
