If data actions have been created in SAP Analytics Cloud, you can add them to a workbook. To add one select Data Action Triggers in the ribbon.

Within the add-in, the planning object is called a Data Action Trigger. In SAP Analytics Cloud itself, the same object may be referred to as a Data Action Starter. These terms refer to the same object.
