During the project, team members from both the customer and the partner use the implementation apps in SAP Cloud ALM to document and complete project tasks. Access to SAP Cloud ALM is included at no additional cost within the foundational support package for all customers.
SAP Signavio Process Navigator
SAP has designed ERP software with predefined business processes since the 1970s. We leverage over 50 years of experience and regular customer feedback to continuously enhance the SAP Best Practices library.
Instead of maintaining your own documentation, use the solution process flows and training tutorials in SAP Signavio Process Navigator, which are always updated with the latest release enhancements. These tutorials are also available directly within SAP S/4HANA Cloud through embedded support to facilitate end-user training and the adoption of new processes.
Cloud Integration
SAP provides numerous prepackaged integrations to connect SAP applications, accessible through SAP Signavio Process Navigator and the SAP Help Portal for both SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
These SAP Best Practice integrations are built with SAP Integration Suite and run on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
For custom integrations, the SAP Business Accelerator Hub offers a library of APIs and adapters to support development between SAP and third-party applications.
Running custom integrations on SAP BTP with SAP Integration Suite ensures the lowest total cost of ownership. Customers can also use the operations apps in SAP Cloud ALM to monitor integration health, which has no cost because it's included in the foundational support.
Clean Core Extensions
When extensions are required, first use the applications in the SAP Fiori launchpad designed for building lifecycle-stable extensions. If the required extension cannot be created using in-app functionality, use SAP Business Technology Platform to keep your extension completely separate from the core software.
Organizational Change Management
Effective communication is essential for end-user adoption, and the organizational change management tasks defined in the SAP Activate Roadmap must be addressed. Organizations should either budget for change management services from their implementation partner or establish an internal team to manage these critical tasks.
