SAP Ariba Category Management utilizes SAP Business AI to generate AI content in the Category Segmentation, Cost Structure, and Market Dynamics cards within a strategy and plan document in the Develop Strategy and Plan tile. The AI recommendations accelerate document creation by reducing the time required to manually update the cards with the necessary information. It provides a starting point for the category manager, who can then use the assessments to update their findings as they gain more understanding of their product category.
The category management administrator will activate the cards using AI on the Generate AI page from the Strategy and Plan dropdown menu in the Manage Configurations tile.
