Cloning Test Users

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to clone active test users.

Clone Active Test Users Overview

The Clone Active Test Users feature allows you to quickly duplicate existing test user accounts. By using this feature, you can create new test users with the same roles, permissions, and settings as an active test user, making it easier to simulate different scenarios and streamline testing processes within your Concur environment.

To clone a test user:

Steps

  1. From the Test User Admin page, locate and select the active user you want to clone from and the number of test users required. Select Clone.

  2. In User Administration, enter the required details for the new test user account and then select Save.

The Expense and Invoice Settings section is visible with “Is a Test User?” checked, travel rule class set to Default Travel Class, country of residence set to Mexico, reimbursement currency set to Mexico, Peso, invoice group set to Invoice Main, company set to Mexico, department set to Sales, and cost center set to Large Market. The highlighted Save button appears at the bottom, next to Save and New and Cancel.
