Proxying as Another User

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to proxy and review on behalf of another user.

Proxy Overview

Proxy allows you to act as another user, and each Concur product can proxy. Administrators need the Proxy Logon role assigned to their profile to access all user accounts. The proxy feature doesn’t allow you to access the approvals queue.

Proxy and Review as Another User

To proxy as another user:

Steps

  1. Select your profile icon and then select Act as Another User > An Administrator (Proxy) for other users..

  2. Search for the user and then select Switch.

  3. You are now acting as another user.
