Sharing Feedback - Your Feedback Matters

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to describe how to use the Support Interaction Survey to share feedback

Introduction

Your experience with SAP’s support is important. The Support Interaction Survey gives you a simple way to share feedback after each case. It helps SAP understand what works well – and what needs optimization.

Using the Support Interaction Survey

Jane answers: Right after closing, you will see the support interaction survey - your feedback there helps us improve every future interaction.

The Support Interaction Survey appears when you close a case in SAP for Me, or is sent via email for auto-closed cases. It allows you to rate your experience and provide comments.

Why your feedback matters

  • Evaluate the quality of support and solutions
  • Indicate the effort required to resolve your issue
  • Share additional insights through comments
  • Request follow-up if your experience was not satisfactory

How it works

  1. When a case is resolved in SAP for Me, the survey will appear as a pop-up when you confirm the case closure. Please respond to the questions regarding your experience with the case. You see a screen shot of the Support Interaction Survey.
  2. Once you have completed the survey, select Submit in the lower-right corner.

You see a screen shot of the Support Interaction Center - submit button.

What happens next

  • SAP reviews all feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Low ratings may trigger a follow-up from support managers
  • Positive feedback is used to recognize and promote best practices

Summary

The Support Interaction Survey is your direct voice to SAP’s support.

By completing it after each case, you contribute to continuous improvement, recognize great service, and help create even better experiences for yourself and others.
