Defining Standalone Versus Process Owned Activity

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to differentiate between two different activity types.

Standalone Versus Process Activities

The main difference is that the Standalone Activity is NOT linked to any Process. And a Process-Owned Activity is linked to a process and can be part of a process workflow.

Two screenshots comparing standalone and process-owned activities. Standalone lacks process link, while process-owned is part of a process workflow. Screens highlighted to show differences.

This video will guide you through all relevant steps in the process of activities creation. After this video you will understand the relation between activities and workflow.
