Purchase a subscription

An active SAP Learning Hub subscription is needed to prepare for the certification exam.
SAP Certification exam options are:

  • Staying certified
    The simplest path to staying certified is through an which includes yearly assessments and preparation content to stay certified. These assessments are short, non-proctored quizzes with unlimited attempts, and must be successfully completed before your certification expiry date.
    Alternatively, if you don’t have a subscription to SAP Learning Hub, you will need to retake the certification exam(s) every year. SAP Learning Hub subscription

Licenses allocation​

To activate your new certification attempts, you will need to refer to your booking confirmation email.

You maybe sent an Activation Code to redeem to activate your subscription or use the Licenses User Management Tool to assign your license.

Choose your certification

  • Find an SAP Certification tailored to your career goals, skill level, and SAP Expertise: Explore available SAP Certifications.
  • Bookmark the certification exam details page – you will need this later!

Set up your universal ID

  • Verify you have a valid SAP Universal ID setup and have at minimum two email accounts assigned.

Prepare for your SAP Certification

You can begin your SAP Certification exam from two places:

  • From the SAP Certification details page via “Go to Certification Exam”
  • From the learning journey via “Open”.

To access the SAP Certification exam page, make sure you have a valid certification attempt and that your SAP Universal ID is properly configured.
On this page you’ll find key details about your exam:

  • Whether it includes system-based or scenario-based assessments.
  • The exact time is available to complete the exam.
  • The number of attempts remaining for your certification and for your subscription. 

When you’re ready, click “Start the Certification Exam” to begin.
This will start the countdown and launch your exam.

Important

Complete the relevant learning journey from start to finish, even if you are experienced in any of the topic areas.

Booking your SAP Certification exam

  • After completing a thorough review of the learning journey content including any required Practical Test requirements, continue to the “Earn your badge” section.
  • From there Follow the on screen instructions to start your exam.

How can I complete a scenario-based assessment? 

Once you start your certification exam attempt, you can choose between two options to complete the scenario-based assessment: 

  • AI-guided option (recommended):
    Complete your scenario-based assessment through a virtual interview with our AI-guided tool, Yoodli. In simulated interview mode, Yoodli asks real-world questions and records your responses to provide personalized feedback.
  • Human reviewer: Run your scenario-assessment by recording a video following the on-screen instructions and uploading it for review by an SAP evaluator.
    Once submitted, your video will be validated before results are released.
    Please note:
    This process may take up to 10 business days.

How can I complete a system-based assessment?

Once you start your certification exam attempt, follow these steps to complete your system-based assessment:

  1. Enroll and prepare the system
    Select “Enroll” to set up the system for your assessment. It will then be ready for you to use.
  2.  Review setup instructions and tasks
    On the assessment page, you’ll find the setup guide and the certification tasks (these are the tasks you need to perform in the system).
  3. Access the system
    Press Access System” to open it in a new tab. You can keep the test page open while working in parallel.
  4. Complete and confirm the certification tasks
    Once you have finished all tasks, make sure to confirm your completion on the system-based assessment page.
    Your results will be displayed within a few seconds.
