Approval Groups govern logical checkpoints within the contingent workflow process. They group authorized users, who are notified when a particular item requires their review and approval, for the process to continue.
Separate approval groups must be configured per currency for job postings, work orders, time sheets, and any other SAP Fieldglass modules an organization may be using that include transactions requiring approval.
