Download Draft/Rejected Time Sheets

The Download Draft/Rejected Time Sheets page allows you to download a .csv file that can then used to upload draft/rejected time sheet data in the Upload Data section of the Admin menu. Using an upload, you can enter large sets of data and eliminate the need for manual entry if there are a large number of time sheets that need to be resubmitted.

The time sheet upload is typically used by supplier administrators to batch-upload multiple time sheets into SAP Fieldglass.

Navigating the Download Draft/Rejected Time Sheets Admin Object

To download draft/rejected time sheet data, you need to set the parameters of the connector, indicating the type of delimiter , the specific key the time sheet references, and the start date of the week the time sheet was created for. (Suppliers would also be required to indicate the buyer that the time sheets were generated for.) When those details are entered, you’d select the Next button to generate the details list for the time sheets.
