This lesson is similar to Configuring Cloud Integration for Products in the previous unit and follows the same pattern with the same parameters. The only difference is that in this lesson, two integration flows will be configured:
- Replicate Business Partner from SAP S4HANA
- Replicate Business Partner Relationship from SAP S4HANA
The confirmation message for the business partner replication from SAP S/4HANA will also be configured. This will be shown in a later lesson.
This lesson does not include a video demonstration, since the steps for the two integration flows are the same as for the product replication. If you’d like to see the steps demonstrated, please refer to the previous unit.
Configure and Deploy Integration Flows
To configure the integration flows, navigate as follows: Design→Integrations and APIs→package SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 Integration for Master Data with SAP S/4HANA→Artifacts tab
Configure the two previously mentioned integration flows either individually through the Configure option through each item’s Actions menu or select both integration flows with the checkboxes and use the Actions menu at the top of the list to configure them together in an advanced configuration dialog, as shown in the following screenshot.
Configure the details on the Sender and the Receiver tabs. The relevant parameters are:
- Sender tab:
- Authorization: User Role
- Receiver tab:
- CNS-Host: Enter your system’s hostname
- Authentication: Client Certificate
- Private Key Alias: Enter sap_cloudintegrationcertificate explicitly or leave the field empty to use the Cloud Integration’s client certificate. Alternatively, if you want to use a different certificate, upload it to the keystore and enter its name here.
The rest of the configuration can stay the same, at least in the demo environment.
The following screenshot displays the configured parameters for the Replicate Business Partner from SAP S4HANA integration flow. The configuration of the Relationship integration flow looks identical.
After deploying both integration flows, they will be accessible under Monitor→Integrations and APIs→Manage Integration Content, where you can also view the final runtime endpoints. The following screenshot shows the selected Business Partner replication flow.
