Creating a Full Sourcing Project

There are two ways to begin:

1. From the dashboard, select Sourcing Project on the Common Actions panel.
2. From the Create icon on the top-right, select Sourcing Project.

Select the number icons to learn more about the Create Sourcing Project workspace.

Full Sourcing Projects contain project management features such as task, process, and document management. All sourcing projects are based on templates, which provide the ability to model an organization's best practice sourcing process and the ability to have unique processes for different commodity categories. Each project will have different tabs which will contain pre-populated Documents, Tasks, and Team members inherited from the template that was selected during creation.
